Is the founding customer discount still available?

No. The original founding customer promotion has ended. Current self-serve pricing and managed execution are listed on the pricing page.

Can I still work directly with the founding team?

A member of the founding team may join strategy, onboarding or product conversations depending on the question and availability, but direct founder support is not sold as a separate plan benefit.

What is the platform price?

The complete Snezzi Platform costs $500 per month or $5,000 per year. Annual customers receive 12 months for the price of 10. Both options include 200 tracked prompts, weekly prompt tracking, 15 included articles and access to all generally available platform features. A 7-day trial is available through assisted onboarding.

Can Snezzi implement the work for us?

Yes. Snezzi-managed execution includes the platform plus human and agent execution, working calls, reporting and a dedicated account manager. Our team owns the agreed workstreams and reviews progress against the commercial outcome with you.
