Yes, the converter fully supports nested XML structures. Each level of nesting increases the Markdown heading depth (# for root, ## for children, ### for grandchildren, and so on up to six levels). Beyond six levels of nesting, the deepest heading level (###### h6) is used to keep the output readable.

Absolutely. RSS and Atom feed XML converts very well since they have a clear hierarchical structure. Channel/feed information becomes top-level headings, and individual items/entries become sub-sections. Titles, links, descriptions, and dates are all preserved in the Markdown output.

XML namespaces are included as part of the element tag names in the output. For example, elements with namespace prefixes like <dc:creator> will appear as headings with the full prefixed name. The converter does not strip or modify namespace prefixes, so the document structure remains clear.
